Emory & Co. acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Milwaukee-based Precision Parts & Service, Inc. (PSP) in its sale to Chicago Parts and Sound (CPS), of Elk Grove Village, Illinois.

PSP is an automotive parts distributor, operating out of five locations in Wisconsin and Illinois. The Company has won numerous awards for its outstanding performance, including recognition from GM and Ford for its operational excellence. PSP was one of the first authorized distributors of all three major American auto makers aftermarket parts.
