Emory & Co. served as the exclusive financial advisor to Great Lakes Packing Co. International in its sale to City Foods. The terms were not disclosed.

Great Lakes Packing Co., based in Chicago, IL, is a branded protein business that specializes in processing brine-cured meat products for sale to customers across the Caribbean and United States.

City Foods is a processor and global distributor of salt-cured meats that is known today for products sold under the Bea’s Best brand as well as private label.
